TRUCK BAG LOADER PRO (TBL PRO)
TBL PRO is an economical, compact and efficient system for loading bags onto trucks fully automatically such as: bags of cement, gypsum, lime, cereals, flour, sugar, plastic grains, rice, fertilizers, animal food or similar products.
The TBL fully automatically loads trucks from the bagging line, with a capacity of up to 2400 bags/h. You can load directly onto the truck’s cargo box or onto pallets for later unloading.
The system allows you to choose how many rows you want to load each time, ensuring load stability.
It is a system that allows interconnection between the bags, as if it were a manual load.
It can be configured according to the needs of each client depending on the measurements of their bags.
The TBL PRO is controlled from its latest generation SIEMENS PLC and its 12″ touch screen. Among other features we can highlight, maintenance, updates and remote troubleshooting, significantly reducing operating
times.
In addition, it has all the first line components, such as SIEMENS, SEW, CONTROL TECHNIQUES (NIDEC), OMRON, SHNEIDER ELECTRIC, Etc …

The TBL can load sacks weighing from 25kg to 60kg, regardless our RDI team always there to study different parameters to find other best alternatives.
